Beginning in January, 1979 Terry Laib founded Laib Remodeling as a sole proprietor general contracting business.
The focus of the company quickly narrowed to work on specialty staircase and millwork projects, additions and restoration of historic houses, churches, storefronts and museums.
Through the 1980’s demand for these services grew, employees were added, and in 1991 Laib incorporated as Laib Restoration Inc.
Located in the 1922 red brick railroad offices and shop, Laib is centrally located to serve the entire Fox River Valley.
This site contains a collection of architectural pieces as well as a fully outfitted carpenters shop.
